With a cyber security background Kamilla is a modern-day woman-in-tech with beauty and brains. An incredibly enthusiastic, outgoing and successful woman, Kamilla works as a Special Projects Solutions Engineer in one of the leading cyber security companies in Silicon Valley and has presented at different tech conferences like Google Next across the globe. But her beginnings are far from glamorous. From a challenging upbringing in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, she found herself knocking down barriers and working in various positions around the world that ultimately shaped the person she is today. With her master’s degree of Engineering in Transport and Telecommunications and speaking eight languages: English, Russian, Spanish, Czech, Italian, Hebrew, Tatar and Uzbek, she stands tall in a predominantly male environment.
With her mom serving as a source of inspiration of youth and beauty and her love for fashion and photography, Kamilla knows that just because she’s an engineer she can still dress for comfort and elegance. “Life is too short to wear the same T-Shirt”. By moving to San Francisco she discovered the unlimited possibilities for self-exploration and fell in love with surfing and motorcycles. Kamilla is an identical twin and a single mom to a lovely 10 year old daughter and she works hard to support her family. With a love for travel and adventure, her dream is to tour Argentina on a motorcycle. Kamilla takes on every aspect of life head on with maximum energy, vitality, and vigor while enjoying the daily adventures life brings. Her motto being “actions speak louder than words”.
